Northside Air Conditioning wouldn’t do the quoted job even after I had accepted the quote because I had only accepted one of two separate and independent quotes. Incidentally, it was very disappointing that after accepting the quote, I had to chase Craig for several weeks, to finally be messaged by Craig that he had decided not to go ahead with my job. So minimal communication, and a failure to follow through have been my experience.

Contacted Northside AC regarding a error code on my Brivis Ducted Heating system. Their response was genuine and with the best outcome for the customer in mind. They advised to check a few things and report back to try and avoid unnecessary site visits and cost. After the initial call, there were some back and forth via phone / SMS to determine the core issue and potential remedies. In the end, there was no need for a call out and I was able to navigate my way through to an outcome. Great customer experience without actually even being a paying customer! Very impressed with the level of support.

Had an issue with an aircon unit they installed a year and half ago, they were here the next day, found the issue and all fixed. From installation to follow up service they have been professional, friendly, answered my questions and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
