Our little Cavoodle recently had a knee operation and the surgeon was from Northside Emergency Veterinary Service. I can not thank this clinic for the amazing care they gave our pet. They kept us updated with phone calls and even sent photos of our pet to reassure us. They were absolutely amazing and we can not thank them enough. Keep up the great work , Kind regards David and Louisa Cochrane

I couldnβt recommend this vet more! They cared for my very sick doggo after surgery and just to add to the anxiety of the situation I was overseas at the time. The entire team were phenomenal at keeping me in the loop - sending me emails, WhatsApp messages and calling me when I had service. They constantly kept me informed of my dogβs condition and next steps - updating me daily if not twice daily. The whole team were exceptional - from the vets to the nurses to the specialists. I cannot thank them all enough for what they did for me and my family. Knowing my dog was in safe and loving hands provided me with such relief. Thank you again to the whole team!

β β β β β We recently had to take our 11-year-old pitty, Cooper, to this emergency vet on a Saturday morning following some complications after surgery earlier in the week from our local vet. From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed with the kindness, communication, and professionalism of the team. The initial consultation was handled with genuine care, and we especially appreciated being allowed out the back to see Cooper while he was being looked after β that small gesture made a stressful situation feel much more comforting. Compared to our regular vet, the costs were definitely higher, but we understand this is an emergency/after-hours facility, and when it comes to the proper care of your best friend, that peace of mind is invaluable. The veterinarians and nurses all came across as experienced, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process. Weβre very grateful for the care Cooper received and wouldnβt hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing urgent veterinary assistance.
