From the start, Damon was very professional, responsive, and helpful over the phone. Grant carried out the treatment and went above and beyond - he was punctual, took his time, explained the process clearly, and provided practical advice on how to maintain the results. What really stood out was that Grant returned afterwards and provided ant baits from his own time to help me deal with a black ant issue. After a number of bad experiences with pest control technicians over the last few years we have finally found a team of professionals who have the knowledge, products and thorough approach to treating our home. Grant took great care around our garden, in and around our home and even treated our subfloor which has tight spaces.
