每次去寄东西都感觉店家非常nice，一说话就知道是非常细心耐心温柔的人。不仅可以寄，还可以取淘宝海运过来的包裹，实在是太方便了！回国礼品也不错。店家一定要生意兴隆，长长久久地开下去！

Customer service super rude, the person was aggressive and yelling. Not suitable for those with weak health or mental health. As indeed replies by the store owner, go find out yourself and probably be rewarded by some rude approaches or stigmatised in some sort. If their approach is to keep customers then they should surely step up the game
