We recently hired the toy hauler from Karina and Steve. The whole process was so smooth with very strong communication throughout our stay if needed. We need to move our original booking dates which was no hassle at all, the friendly staff were extremely quick to meet any questions we had! When we collected the van, we got a demonstration on how it works, and the van was spotless! We will definitely hire again

I had been procrastinating hiring a caravan as I'd never towed or set up a van in my life. I had even arranged a friend to come with me, who is an experienced caravan user. This was all unnecessary. Karina explained that many of her hirers were first time users. After paying the hiring fee, I received an email with a link to a website which contained about 8 short videos which took you through all of the tasks you would need to do on your trip. It gets better, because when you arrive to pick up the van, Karina went through all of this tasks with you, again. When we had a couple of items we weren't sure of, a quick phone to Steve, so was both confident and calm, saw the issues resolved. After we returned the van, I was impressed with Steve's experience and knowledge of camping and caravaning. Given this, we have already started planning our next hire with Steve and Karina as part of the process in determining which style of van best suits our needs. A GREAT experience!!

Karina and Steve from Off the Grid Caravan Hire were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We tucked ourselves away for a few days near Cowra with the family—normally we’re used to camping in a tent, but this time we experienced a level of comfort and luxury unlike anything we’ve had before. Despite a few windy, cold nights, you wouldn’t have known it inside the caravan. It kept us warm, cosy, and completely protected from the weather. Having access to daily hot showers was a real treat, and the spacious shower made it even better. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like reading lights, phone charger outlets, power points and there was plenty of cupboard space for all our belongings and clothes. Thank you, Karina and Steve, for helping make our family getaway so much easier, more relaxing, and truly memorable.

I can’t recommend Off The Grid Caravan Hire highly enough. Steve and Karina couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the entire hire process. I had the pleasure of taking the ‘THOR’ toy hauler away and, having no prior experience with caravans, I was a little nervous at first. However, the full and detailed induction that Steve provides gives you complete confidence to hit the road. The caravan itself was spotless, felt barely used, and was extremely well set up. It had all the creature comforts you could ask for, and everything was in perfect working order. You can tell the caravan is very well cared for. It was an awesome off‑grid experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next hire. Thank you again, Steve and Karina!

My family and 3 others decided to do a caravan trip for the first time ever. Exciting but daunting as we all knew nothing about caravans. Off the grid caught our attention as they had amazing caravan set ups also their website was simple to use. A few stuff up on booking 4 caravans (my fault) but Karina solved it with ease. I dealt with her from beginning to the end and I tell you, she was born for this. From the constant phone calls, questions, changes we made, she was prompt and helpful. The hand over process (with Karina) was amazing that we all left Cranebrook with great confidence. She was so good at explaining the van set up that 2 blokes at the campsite didn't believe it was my first time ever setting up a caravan. And my family absolutely loved the caravan we had. We're actually planning another trip with the other 3 families and we all agreed that Off the grid is the place to go. Absolutely thrilled with the service and level of professionalism from these guys especially Karina. Appreciate you guys for the awesome experience and memories we enjoyed as a family.
