We rented our property out for the first time and our property manager Jess Harrison was brilliant. Over the two years we were with her it could not have been more simple. She did everything we asked immediately and everything we didn’t know we needed even quicker. An absolute delight, we would not hesitate to use Jess in the future. The only negative to moving back in to our home is losing her. 10/10.

I have been a tenant in this property for many years and have never experienced any issues when the property was previously managed by Marina McNab, who was always responsive and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the current property manager, Sarah Ray-Baker, and the agency has been extremely disappointing. Since January, I have reported multiple maintenance issues, including a broken air conditioner, and to date, none of these concerns have been resolved. I have made numerous attempts to follow up via phone calls and emails, however, my communications have largely gone unanswered. It is now nearing the end of April, and the lack of action or even basic updates is unacceptable. I have also contacted the office on two occasions and was advised that a senior manager would be in touch, but I have yet to receive any response. As a long-term tenant, I expect timely maintenance and clear communication. It is unreasonable to wait several months for essential repairs without any updates. Absolute Terrible! Would give them 0 stars if I could

Me and my partner just recently moved to NSW and drove all the way from Brisbane. Hannah Strong, our real estate agent from One Agency - C&P Group has shown us excellent professionalism through the inspection and did a great job on communicating and relaying to us the correct and necessary information for faster rental application. We did apply just yesterday and we did our paperworks last night and just this morning we got approved! The experience was excellent!✨👍 Such an excellent turn around time and we are delighted and thankful for outcome. We definitely love the new rental apartment unit. Thanks Hannah and One Agency - C & P Group.
