Jenny at OPSM Balgowlah Village (Stockland Mall) is exceptional! She has such a calm, gentle approach and is fantastic with both adults and kids. We’ve been seeing her since my daughter was four, and she’s always made every visit comfortable and stress-free. When my daughter had a serious issue with her eyes, Jenny went above and beyond—she arranged an appointment with a specialist for the very next day. Her care and urgency meant the world to us. The other staff at OPSM were also incredibly helpful, especially when it came to helping my daughter choose her glasses. The whole team is professional, kind, and supportive, I truly can’t fault them. Jenny will always be our go-to optometrist!

I can never remember peoples names but to me it’s more about how someone makes you feel. In customer service there are good people and there are great people. My experience was great and every time I go here I am never disappointed. I work in customer service and it is very important to me. My optometrist was funny, professional and just a genuine person who really does connect with the customers and makes the experience informative and catered to your needs.
