Great knowledge at high professional level. Helped me to regain movement and confidence while I exercise. A great environment to exercise and improve leaded by a highly qualified therapist Kieran Doyle. Create a plan to continue improving after I finished my sessions, I am really grateful for that.

I can’t recommend Elise highly enough as an Occupational Therapist. From the very beginning, she communicated clearly and consistently, always keeping me informed and genuinely engaged throughout the entire process. I felt listened to, supported, and confident at every step. Elise worked closely with third parties to ensure the right assistive technologies were properly trialled and truly suited to my needs. She always placed my goals, requirements, and what mattered most to me at the centre of every decision. Optimum Health Solutuins Blacktown is one of the best Physio Center we have ever come across. The team members are experienced and results oriented. They are very friendly and helpful. We have very good experience with the Physiotherapist John who is one of the best among the team. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for honest service.

I've been receiving treatment at Optimum Health Solutions in Blacktown for both a knee and wrist injury since 9th September 2025, and the experince has been fantastic. My physiotherapist, Tamara, has been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and thorough in every session. She explains everything clearly and tailors each treatment to my progress. Liam has also been wonderful with his assistance, adding to the welcoming and professional atmosphere. I'm still undergoing treatment, but i am already noticing great improvement. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing quality care!

i have been dealing with CFS since 2014 and it's really affected my ability to do regular day to day tasks. i've tried many different things over the years. my therapist recommended hydrotherapy and i was a bit burntout from having to go to different facilities and talking to new people over and over with no results but im glad i finally ended up here :D . i met liam and emily who are awesome. emily is my main trainer and she is really knowledgable about what exercises could help me the most also she's very kind and caring . every week i feel myself gaining more endurance little by little. thank you so much!!
