Optimum Insurance is a company that really cares about their customers! Our Company has been a client of Optimum Insurance for the last 10 years, for all our Business and Personal Insurance requirements. With Amanda's guidance and advice we have been able to choose the right insurance for our company. Each year our policies are reviewed to ensure we have not only the best cover but more importantly the appropriate insurance coverage for our company. In the past we have made two hassle free claims which on both occasions have been stress free and processed with ease.

We have been in business 25 years and for the first time had to make a claim on our contents insurance. We had extensive water damage from the storms in Sydney 4 weeks ago. All our team had to be re-located while the damage was repaired. Amanda, from Optimum Insurance, has managed all our business insurance needs for over 15 years, from our Professional Indemnity, Business & Public Liability to our Management Liability Insurance. Amanda ensures we don't forget to renew our insurances and gets us the best quotes available....so she was our first port of call for assistance! (after the plumber and SES!) I cannot speak highly enough of the support given to us by Amanda and her team. We have never had to make a claim before so we were unsure how to even start. Amanda guided us through the process of quotes and getting in contractors to fix our building. We received quick answers to our questions and she ensured the insurance company responded in a timely fashion allowing us to get contractors in to repair the damage promptly.
