Shout out to Mikayla who was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was always available and encouraged me to try on as many pairs as I needed, even though that meant more work for her putting them all back. She didn’t make me feel silly for taking over 45 minutes to choose 3 pairs of glasses 😅 She explained all the pricing and lens coatings really clearly and I feel like I understood the pros and cons of them all. I also felt like my eye check with the optometrist was really thorough and that she spent the time making sure my new script and prism was correct and didn’t rush me out. I got emailed my new prescription so I could buy my glasses somewhere else if I wanted. Would recommend the broadway team for both eye checks and buying frames.

Eye test was extremely rushed. The optometrist was dismissive and sarcastic. She told me I didn’t need glasses even though I already have prescription glasses and blurry long distance vision. Went to OPSM for an re-check and had a much better experience. Wouldn’t recommend !

Priscilla was super helpful and fixed my glasses with a bent frame after I had sat on them. I knew there was a risk of breaking them but she was very careful and skilled. Excellent customer service!
