I had an amazing experience with my mum the other weekend. Service at the front desk was so friendly and smooth. It was my first time at a Turkish style hammam and I was not disappointed. We really enjoyed the steam room, and I felt like it really made my skin glowy! Ruby did an amazing job with the full-body massage, and the bubble bag. We left feeling totally relaxed and brand new! Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family! Thanks again for an incredible experience 💗

Absolutely DIVINE experience from the minute we walked in!!!! Came here with my mum and sister a few weeks ago and it was heavenly. The friendliest people working, immaculate facility and the most beautiful relaxing treatment which took me right back to the Hammam I had in Istanbul last year. The bubble blanket!!!! (If you know you know). The hot tub and steam room were also amazing. Loved the delicious Turkish delight at the end too. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you 🩷

My first time at the Ottoman Turkish Bath and Day Spa was amazing. Zara and the ladies were extremely kind & made me feel extremely comfortable. The place was significantly hygienic and the overall vibe was very soothing. I definitely recommend going. My skin feels smooth and glows brighter.

First time experiencing bathing like royalty in a hammam. It was like being transported into ancient times and the facilities were truly spectacular! Staff were lovely and accomodated us so well, they made time and truly put effort and care into what they do! Me and my best friend booked the private hammam and had the beautifule place to ourselves! We were taken good care of by two of the lovely staff ( Zara and Oz i believe) and felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after!! Highly recommend for a girls night!!

Such a disgrace! If you’re a Muslim women don’t bother to go there bc you’ll be refused to use premises and your money will not be returned. Edit: Well well I did not want to give the full story here but had to edit bc you keep lying here as they did to my face there. Also aggressive for what?? You wasted my time, ruined my day which supposedly be a nice one and kept my money for a service you did not provide!!!??? 1- I was wearing knee length yoga pants and a sports bra (made out of the same exact material as swimsuits) that I bought the day before (have reciepts) and wearing for the first time there!! already told this to you couple of times, now repeating again so there was no hygene what so ever concern. Also since when the swimsuits are waterproof?? 2- I was stopped multiple times by multiple people in the entrance of the premises claiming you could not perform the treatment with the pants and I replied multiple times that, I only ask for an upper body treatment so what is your point here?? 3- You have denied me entering jacuzzy totally as I chose to cover my body in line with my faith. Your “solution” was for me to reveal more skin — a clear act of religious discrimination.
