painless 1st piercing experience with Sunny. she truly is a gem and sunshine in human form. I've found my new local piercer and even better I can get it in the gold metal jewellery I like. Aren't ripped off, very affordable especially when paying in cash

From the outside, this is a tiny, unassuming shop tucked away in an arcade in Manly, so I’ll admit I was a little hesitant about bringing my 7-year-old daughter here to have her ears pierced. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Sunny was absolutely amazing. She was calm, caring, patient and incredibly professional from start to finish. My daughter was very anxious about the pain, but Sunny made her feel completely at ease. By the end, it was such a special experience that I asked to take a photo of Sunny with my daughter. My daughter walked out beaming and declared it “the best day of my life!” Thank you, Sunny, for making what could have been a scary experience into such a wonderful memory. I’ll definitely be back to have my own ears pierced.

What a fantastic place to get your piercings! I had my ears pierced for the second set for double pierced ears. An absolute professional who is so accurate with where the placement is, the gentle piecing and choice of very cool choices for earrings. I sat there and had no pain. It was such a small poke and my ears have no issues. Extraordinary place to get your piercings. By far the only place I’d go to. Amazing and so kindhearted. What a brilliant local gem! So happy with my experience!

I had my nose pierced by Sunny at Ouchie. Everything went well I'm so happy with how it looks. One month after I had it pierced, the stud came out in the shower. I dropped into the studio and Sunny reinserted it for me free of charge (and painlessly!) She is so kind and professional and the studio is beautifully clean

I had the absolute best experience at Ouchie, I went in knowing I wanted my helix and third on one side (to even out my ears) plus an extra piercing, I was not sure what I wanted and I was given amazing advice and options by Sunny. She’s so incredible at what she does and explained everything super well, talking me through what I’m open to, what I want to potentially get in the future and what works the best with my ear anatomy! I’ll definitely be coming back, can’t recommend enough!!
