Last week I had experience a wonderfull miracle,I was praying for my wife and other people,,I with slot of faith,when from the ceiling drops of water came towards me ,my wife 3 weeks ago had kidneys trasplant,after her operation her kidney was sleeping,she is recovering at po hospital randwick

A beautiful Catholic Church along Avoca Str. Service is always short with thought provoking sermons. Very good choir and the congregation is friendly.

The Church itself is beautiful, the statue alcove things along the walls are lovely to see. the stained-glass windows are awesome. The coloured lights kind of throw me for a loop, but I guess they're alright as well. It is a good quality Novus Ordo 6pm Saturday Vigil Mass. If you want to go to confession, I advise getting there early because the times here are understandably strict. The priest's homilies were quite good, they were very simple and easy to understand. Although it's not generally my prefered rite for Mass, but it held its own and was still good. Worth a visit in my opinion.

Upon approaching the altar, I was struck by its exceptional design and intricate ornamentation, demonstrating a mastery of craftsmanship. The stunning stained glass windows situated at the rear of the church serve as a distinctive architectural feature, further solidifying the church's status as a revered cultural heritage site.

4 stars- as this church used to hold a weekly 10pm Sunday Mass (pre Covid) which has now ceased- this time was really convenient for shift workers, hospital workers, Uni students and generally busy people all over Sydney. It was popular. Please bring it back !! The only alternative is a sprinkling of 7pm Sunday Masses (eg: Epping) which is so much earlier. For such a large population and a 24-hour city it’s a shame Sydney is not able to accommodate a later Sunday night Mass. This would cater to and encourage the younger and working members of the congregation to attend. Otherwise, a good, central Church, especially for UNSW, POWH and RWH.

This church is right next to POW Hospital and is usually open for prayers before the blessed sacrament. Very spacious and accommodating. It is run by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart.
