My experience with Outback Solar was fantastic! We're very grateful for our improved system and would highly recommend them if you're looking to install a solar battery system. Their team are great. Dealing with John, Adam and Ra'id made the process hassle-free, each of them working hard to ensure that communication was clear at every stage of our engagement. In the end, they went above and beyond to ensure the project's safe carriage and success, completely surpassing our expectations. It was a really seamless experience for us. I highly recommend their excellent services!

Sam was easy to deal with from the outset. He was not over bearing and provided quality information during the sales process, and then again once i had settled on a Sig Energy Battery through Outback Solar. Pricing was significantly better than the other 3 suppliers i spoke with for the same system. He also helped seamlessly to navigate the new interest free government loan. The installation took place on the date planned and advised. Peter and Roy did a great job installing the battery and gateway. The installation is neat and unobtrusive, and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the installation and took all rubbish away with them. Communication throughout the installation was perfect, and Peter helped to get the app up an running on my phone and took the time to explain the basic features of the app. All in all I could not have been happier with the customer service and the installation and would definitely recommend Outback Solar.

Sought quotes for solar battery installation to get in before rebate dropped in May. Outback Solar gave a very competitive price and kept in contact leading up to the install. The price was honoured even though the installation did not happen until 4th May - they took the hit as they said they would. Rain in Sydney prevented installations in Sydney so we were bumped up and a team sent to Moss Vale for our install and we were also provided with an upgraded and integrated inverter. Thank you Sam and Outback Solar. All we need now is sunshine!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Outback Solar from start to finish. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right solar and battery setup for our home, and the installation was completed smoothly and on time. Sam has been great as he guided us through all the steps with appropriate suggestions suitable to our needs. The workmanship was excellent, the installers were friendly and tidy, and the system has been performing brilliantly. The battery setup works perfectly. The service has been top notch. What really stood out was their customer service — responsive, honest, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution rather than just making a sale. Highly recommend Outback Solar to anyone looking for quality solar and battery installation. Couldn’t be happier!

Been looking to get solar system and battery, it is so overwhelming with so many companies out there. End up going with Outback Solar, they just installed a 13.7kw system, Foxess 15Kw inverter and 42kw battery in January 2026. I also had an existing 3kW and they connected it and it's working fine. Installation team (Matti & Mosiv) was really good, all compliant. Adam and John as great at communicating, we were able to sort things out. Overall very happy with my solar system. Fingers crossed no issues and if they is, their warranty will cover us. For those currently researching into which company to go with, look into them.
