Disappointing experience considering the positive reviews we had read online. We moved a month ago with Outerspace. The removalists were incredibly slow - transporting one item downstairs at a time and slowly returning while on their phones. We’ve moved before in under 6 hours (over a greater distance). They couldn’t even complete this move in 7.5 hours so I sent them home and finished the rest myself. No care was taken with our belongings - furniture arrived sodden from the rain and our brand new washer and dryer were scratched and broken. Management never returned my calls or provided the refund that was offered. They cleaned our couch and painted the chips in the dryer but we completed the dryer repair ourselves and had to discard a ruined rug. I would never use this company again or recommend.

We have not always had the best experience with movers but Chris and Jaward were amazing. They were right on time and even managed to finish the move quicker than we expected. We had some hard to move items and they moved it with zero damage and were amazing at stacking it all to fit in the van. The whole experience even with the customer service team was fantastic. Thank you so much Chris and Jaward, We are so grateful !!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Chris and Polly from WaterSpace for making my move completely stress-free. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, friendly, efficient, and took great care of all my furniture and belongings. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked hard from start to finish with a great attitude. Honestly, they are the best movers I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely fantastic experience with this removals team! From start to finish, Mateo, Matias, Chris, Joaquin, Ronald, and Leo were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They arrived right on time, handled all our furniture with care, and worked non-stop to get everything loaded and unloaded efficiently. They also disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly – beds, tables, and larger items. Nothing was too much trouble; they even helped rearrange a few heavy items we’d changed our minds on at the last minute. The whole crew had such a positive attitude and made a stressful day feel easy. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for movers who truly care about doing a great job.
