Very disappointing experience with Ozzy Tyres Blacktown. When we visited, we specifically asked for a quotation for tyres and alloy wheels, including all costs. We were given a price and understood that it was the final price including everything. Based on that quotation, we agreed to go ahead. However, when the job was completed and it was time to make the payment, additional charges were suddenly added to the final bill. These extra costs were not clearly explained to us when the quotation was provided. If there are additional charges such as fitting, balancing, valves, disposal fees, or any other costs, they should be clearly included in the quotation or explained to the customer before the work is started. We chose the business based on the price we were quoted, so changing the amount at the time of payment was extremely disappointing. I hope management looks into this issue and improves transparency with quotations. Customers deserve to know the full and final price before agreeing to the work. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to use Izzy Tyres Blacktown again or recommend them to others.

The best wheel and tire buying I’ve ever experienced. Chris and his associates helped me choose the right tire and wheel size and they even had the wheels i wanted drilled through so that they could fit my vehicle perfectly aswell as even getting my wheels in the span of 2 days! Its amazingly fast and they’ve been amazingly accommodating 10/10 I’d definitely come back!

Wowww 👌 Just left the shop and I absolutely love it! A huge Thank you to Chris and the boys at Ozzy Tyres Blacktown. Got the Hussla Vipers with Tyres and Calipers sprayed Red ! Best Service, advice and work ethic. Will definitely be back for any future work needed done 10/10

Came in slightly panicking after scraping my tyre on a kerb (totally my fault 😅). The three guys checked it out, laughed kindly, told me I was lucky and it was only cosmetic damage. They trimmed it, polished it, and didn’t even charge me. One of them said, “it just gives your car some character” - which honestly made my day 😂 Super friendly, honest, zero upselling, and even opened the car door for me. Such gentlemen. Best kind of service you can ask for. 100% recommend!
