Saw Dr Simon Gerber, my GP for about 20 years - an excellent doctor with a lovely manner. Receptionists are friendly and courteous and they made effort to give me an early appointment. When Dr Gerber is unavailable there are very capable other doctors at the practice and a benefit is that my records are accessible by the other doctors.

Dr. Inna Lieb is amazing! After visiting multiple doctors in the past, for a condition when my body was getting worm from the exercise, or when I was wearing worm cloths, anything to do with my body getting worm, I was getting a feeling like my whole body felt like it was pricking with needles. None of the other doctors could help me with this condition. Only Inna treated me and cured this condition. Thank you, Dr. Inna, for everything! And the girls in the reception were very friendly and professional.

I’ve been a patient at Park Family Practice for over 25 years and, during that time, have seen a number of different doctors. I’ve always been treated with kindness, patience, understanding and genuine care qualities that mean a lot especially when you’re at your most vulnerable. I’m now seeing Dr Cam, who is exceptionally thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen without judgement, explains everything clearly, and has a calm, friendly manner that immediately puts you at ease. I highly recommend Park Family Practice to anyone looking for a long term medical practice. The reception team are always welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful, with a special mention to Toby, who consistently goes above and beyond.

I am a visitor to Sydney and suddenly began to feel unwell and tested positive for RSV after unexpectedly fainting! I was immediately able to get an appointment with Dr Cameron Halliday. Considering that I had no history with the Park Family Practice there was remarkably little fuss about his seeing me. Dr Halliday immediately inspired confidence and his reassurances were appreciated given that we are thousands of kms from home. I am greatly impressed!

Look. Rating a health practice is a fickle thing. There's a lot going on. Between patient patience, modern time schedules for doctors (ie an "in and out' mentality) and the general want for "everything done now". For years I went to this practice as a young child, well into young adulthood. I was afforded good healthcare and with doctors that understood. What I will say is that the choice of practitioners on-top of the level of care they provide is something that you can depend on. Today I saw them again for the first time in years and the practitioners available still meet a social and pragmatic level that won't leave you questioning. Go to your locals docs, believe in the next generation of docs and for the love of humanity, treat them with respect. Only thing I dislike is waiting. Check in to see your doc, but get a coffee while you're waiting. All in all, it's a good health practice and it deserves its accolades.
