I joined this gym hoping for a great local facility, but my experience has been really unpleasant. The gym floor is consistently overcrowded, making the whole environment feel incredibly overstimulated and stressful to train in. To make matters worse, the lockers are frustratingly difficult and confusing to use. The staff here aren't helpful when you need assistance, and the personal trainers are very average. On top of that, the centre doesn't offer 24/7 access. Honestly, what is the point of paying discounted rates if you can't even get a peaceful, flexible workout? Save your money and look elsewhere.

I’ve been going to swimming centres, saunas, and jacuzzis my whole life, and this is the first place where I felt like I was renting the sauna by the minute. Want to relax in the sauna? Better keep one eye on the clock. Every 30 minutes you’re booking again, and if you want to stay longer, it’s another $10. I came for a sauna, not a subscription service. The staff were popping up so often I thought they were checking if I was okay. Nope, just making sure I wasn’t accidentally enjoying myself for too long. Also, one of the jacuzzis could be hotter. My coffee this morning was warmer. Management, please let people relax without feeling like they’re parked in a paid parking spot.

I've never been much for swimming but the PAC makes it fun! The centre is beautiful and well equipped. The kids pool is perfect and has been a fun experience for my family, especially my 7 month old who just LOVES the water. I have recently tried out the gym and gosh it was nice. The lockers are easy to use, the change rooms are clean and there are an ABUNDANCE of change tables for children. That is such a hard thing to find as most places only have one or two but not the PAC, they think about you and want the experience to be exceptional. Today I used the ticket for Gym and Pool access, ran into some issues with the QR code but the lovely lady at the front desk Elizabeth was able to help us out. She made it super easy to understand and went out of her way to help us figure it out. Thank you so much, it made our day! Not only was Elizabeth able to help us out with the current ticket but she was very kind to discuss membership options/passes that would best suit us. It was very much appreciated. I'd also love to do a shoutout to the cafe team. The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, the range of options is amazing and cooked fast so you're not waiting long after a long

Overpriced and over-policed sauna experience. I regularly sauna at various places including private businesses and Council-run leisure centres. PAC was very expensive for a Council sauna, which was really nothing special, and was lacking in some critical elements. For one, the sauna session was limited to 30 minute appointments at a maximum of 1 hour, hardly enough for a decent 3 or 4 rounds of sweating, rinsing and cooling off. The sauna itself was large, accommodating a good number of people and had a large glass front so you could see the rest of the pool and spa area, but like most Council saunas it was not nearly hot enough and there was no loyly (water on the stones) to increase the feeling of heat. In addition, no sauna etiquette was followed so the benches were all quite wet from people coming in sopping. The requirement to rinse between sauna/steam/spa/pool was made difficult by the lack of showers in the gated area, meaning you had to leave the area, walk to the other end of the pool and shower, then walk back and scan back in. This was quite a mission as the walkway was slippery. The concrete around the spa and sauna was already showing signs of wear, cracking and mould

Review Update and Definitely still 5 stars: I recently joined their 6-week challenge, where I was put in the group with our PT Daniel Kang. Holy smokes, this program and Daniel’s knowledge, expertise and support increase my muscle mass and lowered my body fat percentage by 5.3% in 6 months. The 6 weeks program is clearly working. This place is heaven. I can get my gym session, yoga, Pilates, and swimming all in one place, which saves me so much time and money. The pool is clean, and the staff are friendly. Nick, the PT, is amazing too! I did one of his PAC Strong classes, and my whole body was sore for the next couple of days, which is a sign the workout is working. I highly recommend this facility!
