The hotel was very clean no neighbours were quiet beds are good but the hotels biscuits were making me throw up because it was old beds are comfy though

I stayed at Parramatta City Motel for two nights, I came there on Friday night after a 3 hour train ride from Bathurst. The room looks good and clean but has the victorian era vibes to it. The customer service is good as well. Everything was easy to get to as it was next to Parramatta westfields. Overall I've enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I checked into the room, the toilet looked unhygienic and unclean. When I was about to use it, I noticed pee stains on the seat, and the whole room smelled bad. The ambience was below average, and the windows wouldn’t close properly no matter how much we tried — there was a gap left open. Even the beds smelled unpleasant. I went to reception and asked if I could get a refund because the room was unbearable to stay in, but the receptionist said there were no refunds(while giving me an attitude). When I mentioned the smell and the condition of the room, she just said she would “make a note of it”. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend staying here.

Staff are friendly and it is in a good location with ample parking but that's it. The beding was questionable. The room had a funny smell. The coverlet on the beds felt sticky. The blanet between the sheets contained hairs of prior patrons. It was disgusting. The bathroom was ok but could have been cleaner. The shower head didn't flow well. Overall, room was very dated. The remote was held together by tape. Upon check out, a staff member commented that people only seem to a night. If it wasn't because it was so late, I wouldn't have stayed seeing the state of the room.
