I recently visited Dental Avenue at 356 Church St, Parramatta, and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Tony Saad is incredibly professional and patient. I usually have a massive phobia of going to the dentist, but I felt completely comfortable and relaxed while getting my deep cleaning and fillings done here. Dr. Saad is truly excellent, and my teeth and gums are now in perfect health. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Tony and his wonderful team. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to Parramatta Dental Avenue for the past 4 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The team is professional, friendly, and welcoming every time. The new location looks absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and very comfortable. It really adds to the overall experience. A special thank you to Dr Farah Hares for the amazing care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

The team at dental avenue always go above and beyond. Tony has done an exceptional job with my treatments, allowing me to leave happy everytime. Alongside Bilal who always does a thorough job and never fails to make clients happy. The receptionist Dorothy is super helpful and friendly everytime, making each visit very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I have made the best decision in my life when I have chosen Dental Avenue as my dental carer . The Good reasons behind that decision is : 1- Highly trained Professional team . 2- latest Quality Dental Equipment 3- Very clean equipment and process 4- overwhelming friendly staff 5- High standard work process 6- top Quality material . I have completed my first stage of my permanent lower jaw implant in April and it went smooth exceeding my personal expectations. And I can’t wait for my next stage in June . ⸻ I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Parramatta Dental Avenue was honestly one of the worst I’ve had anywhere. From the second I walked in, it felt chaotic and completely unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested, disorganised, and more focused on rushing through patients than actually providing proper care. Communication was almost non-existent — I had to keep asking basic questions just to understand what was going on, and even then, the answers were vague and dismissive. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting far longer than expected with no explanation or apology. When I was finally seen, everything felt rushed and careless, like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. What really bothered me was the lack of attention to patient comfort and transparency. For something as important as dental care, you expect professionalism, clarity, and a sense that they actually care — none of which I experienced here. I walked out feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and genuinely questioning the quality of the service I received. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere — there are far better clinics that actually value th
