Dr Joseph Nguyen is an amazing dentist. I was very nervous about having a root canal, but the treatment was completely pain-free. He was kind, professional, and reassuring throughout. My son Hayden was a little worried at his appointment, but Dr Nguyen made him feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you to Dr Nguyen and the team for the excellent care. He is now our family dentist. Highly recommend!

Update to their response: “Practice Manager discussed your concerns and next steps” The practice manager merely offered to schedule an appointment with another dentist, full charges applied. This is not a commitment to helping patients. This practice is the biggest scam. ——— I spent thousands of dollars on Invisalign treatment through this practice and am extremely disappointed with the outcome and the aftercare provided. Shortly after my treatment was completed, I raised concerns about the results, including gaps between my teeth that were not present before and issues that I now need to pay additional money to have corrected. When I attempted to book a follow up appointment, I was told that the dentist who managed my treatment was no longer working at the practice. Rather than taking responsibility for the treatment that was provided under their business, I was effectively told they could not assist because that dentist had left. At no point was I informed that my treating dentist was leaving the practice, nor was any continuity of care arranged. As a patient who paid thousands of dollars for treatment, I find this completely unacceptable. I trusted this practice with my d

I have been taking my children here for a few years and it's always been a positive experience. Always a warm welcome and all the dentists work very well and are extremely patient with the kids to ensure they receive the best care, they even provide gifts to the children after each session. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic.

I visited Dr Nuha last week for a wisdom tooth extraction after weeks of really annoying pain, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She and her assistant were incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole procedure. Everything was done so efficiently and smoothly that it was over before I even realised. The entire team from the receptionist to the clinical staff was warm, caring, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to this clinic if I ever have dental concerns again.
