Dai Cam (David) was extremely helpful throughout the car purchase. We were looking for a Hyundai Kona in our preferred colour, and he was able locate one that was in stock. He ensured that we test drove the car, which helped us feel confident in our decision. He also explained everything clearly throughout the process and was always contactable via phone and email whenever I had any enquiries. When we picked up the car, David took the time to show us its features and made the experience special by taking some fun photos of us with our new vehicle. His friendly, professional service made the entire process as smooth as butter and enjoyable. Would recommend David!

Very pleased with staff at Parramatta Hyundai, including Dogan, Richard, Ghada, & Ehsan, following purchase of mid-range EV. This was a huge outlay using hard-earned savings. From first introductions to test drive, custom detailing arrangements and financing, felt well understood & appreciated. Dogan has a fine team and embodies the best qualities of a quintessential salesperson. That is someone who is willing to do the best thing by the customer while considering what is the best outcome for the business. Bravo!

Purchased a brand new Santa Fe from Richard. From start to finish the whole process was handled very professionally. He was very knowledgeable and ensured a speedy pickup date, which landed conveniently on my birthday, making my day extra special. OMG! The manager is just rude aggressive and he didn’t even let us do test drive as I’m going to spend $100k car. He thought he owned the world. The way he was talking to he was putting me down. I will be contacting the head office and writing a complaint letter as this is not acceptable. Now I will be going to another deal and he just lost a customer which was willing to spend money. If he was a good manager/ salesperson he could have sold me the car.

I had an Amazing experience at Hyundai Parramatta a few weeks ago .From the moment I met Kevin he was friendly, professional , diligent and incredibly knowledgeable .He listened to my needs and guided me through every step of the process. . I was immediately impressed , he made my entire experience stress free . Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the delivery of my new car .
