I have had a disappointing experience with the service booking process at Parramatta Mazda. Every time I bring my car in for servicing, the staff seem to blame me for not selecting the “correct” option on the Mazda booking website. I do not understand why nobody can simply call me to confirm the service details beforehand. Today was the 6th service for my Mazda CX-5, and I clearly selected the “6th Service or 60,000 km” option on the booking website. I even checked the website again afterwards, and the 60K service button was clearly selected. However, when I dropped off the car this morning, the staff told me I had not selected the regular 60,000 km service correctly. What confuses me is that after selecting the “6th Service” option, the website still expects customers to click another section called “Additional Scheduled Maintenance.” To me, the 60,000 km service itself is not “additional” maintenance — it is the regular scheduled service. The website design is confusing and does not make sense. From my 1st to 5th services, I followed the exact same booking process without any issue. Apart from a mix-up with service dates on their part (or at least, miscommunication) they were able to squeeze me in for a service. I had another enquiry recently and they were able to troubleshoot and issue with my keys over the phone. Happy to use their service into the future.

We recently purchased a used car from West End Mazda and arranged a private pre-purchase inspection before buying. A few items were identified that needed attention, and the sales team assured us these would all be completed before we picked up the car. Unfortunately, none of those items were addressed at delivery. Under warranty, we brought the car back to have the front brake discs and front suspension struts replaced. Only the brakes were completed at that time, which was disappointing. Feeling frustrated with the lack of follow-through from the sales department, I went directly to the service department where we were helped by Steve. He took the time to properly look into everything, took us on a test drive, and identified the suspension issue straight away. He then arranged another booking to have the remaining work done. There was clearly a breakdown in communication between the sales and service departments. However, Steve in the service team was excellent — professional, helpful, and proactive in getting our concerns addressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Steve in service ⭐️for the sales

This is the most helpful, kindest and convenient dealership I’ve ever been to. They know exactly what they are selling to consumers and just want the absolute best for you. Just purchased my first car (Mazda 2) and have never been more happier with the staff here. Would highly recommend this place. Definitely the way to go!!
