I've been to the clinic a few times the past could of weeks and every visit has been a positive one. From the very friendly and lovely reception staff, to the person running the path lab and the doctors as well. I've seen Dr Chaudry and Dr Thash and both have been wonderful. Kind, patient, respectful, everything you want in a doctor. The facilities are clean and seem pretty new as well and they offer bulk billing. I'm super grateful to have found this clinic and relieved to have finally found my now regular GP.

The staff at the clinic were polite and friendly. Missed a medical centre at Good street.. having this open now with new set of staff is refreshing. Most needed for this community. Dr. Mohin was knowledgeable. Most importantly I was able to see him on time.. I did reach 15mins early to finish the process and waiting patients were handled in a timely manner. 👌

The doctors are highly professional, attentive, and genuinely understanding, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Appointments run on time, which is greatly appreciated, and the centre maintains a strong sense of confidentiality and respect for patients. The receptionist is polite, friendly, and welcoming, creating a pleasant first impression. The waiting area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a water bubbler available for patients, which is a thoughtful touch. Parramatta Medical Clinic is genuinely impressive, the clinic is spotless, and very well set up. Everything is clean, modern, and organised from the moment you walk in. Dr Chaudhry is the standout, he actually cares, listens properly, doesn’t rush you, and takes the time to understand what’s going on. You leave feeling supported, not brushed off. Highly recommend.
