For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.
Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 amβ5:30 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0455 271 835. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a mobile. Its website is pattisonspatisserie.com.au, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 14 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Blacktown is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Getting around Blacktown is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Public transport and ride-share apps such as Uber and DiDi operate across New South Wales's larger cities.

Often have coffee and piece of cake or sandwich in Pattisonβs Westpoint Blacktown and I have never been disappointed with what I have ordered. Special mention to their Chicken Schnitzel sandwich, Quiche Lorraine and Apricot Danish. My favourites. But the best thing was when I ordered a chocolate mud cake to bring for a party. It was so good and delicious, it was a hit in the party! Might order a smaller one next time just for me and my husband. To go with this wonderful food they serve is a great customer service. The staff remembers you after a while and that to me is impressive.

Really disappointing experience. The customer service was incredibly poor; the woman at the counter was rude, dismissive, condescending and clearly uninterested in helping. Instead of even basic politeness, we were met with eye rolls and sour expressions just trying to place an order. Forget service with a smile here, that doesnβt exist. What stood out even more was how she spoke to other staff, they also got the same attitude, completely unprofessional and condescending, both toward her coworkers and customers. The first time i was here I let it slide thinking she was having a bad day, but this is now my second time here and she still has the same attitude. I usually prefer supporting small businesses over big chains, but based on this experience, I wouldnβt spend my money here again. If zero stars were an option, Iβd choose that as this service isnβt worthy of the 1 star or even $

I recently visited Pattison Blacktown and was genuinely impressed by the quality of both their savoury offerings and sweet treats β everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The pastries and savoury items were absolutely delicious, clearly made with care and attention to detail. However, the coffee unfortunately didnβt match the same standard. While it looked promising, the taste fell flat β it seemed like the preparation was the main issue. It lacked the richness and balance youβd expect from a well-made cup. It felt like the person making the coffee may not fully understand or appreciate the drink, which really showed in the final result. That said, Iβd still recommend Pattison Blacktown for their food alone, and I truly hope the coffee experience improves with a bit more training or attention to the process. It would make an already great spot even better.

I ordered the prosciutto panini and an iced strawberry matcha. I was really impressed to see the matcha was hand-whisked as not many places in Blacktown do. The matcha was pretty good, though I think it could use just a bit more matcha powder for a stronger taste. Still, very enjoyable. The panini tasted good, but it was mostly bread and I wouldβve liked more topping. The bread, however, was a little chewy, almost as if it had been microwaved or was slightly stale. It still tasted good overall. I also found the panini portion a little on the small side for the price.

Amazing Cafe for indulgent lunch break with my daughters. Great sandwiches, perfect coffee and delicious treats. When it comes to pleasant and lovely service the owner made our lunch delightful. Highly recommend and will indulge many times again.
