Waited 20 minutes for the pharmacy to open while feeling sick and it never opened. Writing this review as this isn’t the first time this has happened. 4 other customers who were waiting also left. Very disappointing…

If I could give less than one star, I would. I tried to support a local business today and went to this pharmacy for my post-surgery painkillers. Despite having a legitimate prescription, the pharmacist seemed more interested in looking me up and down. He said he would need to call my surgeon to verify, and while I agreed, his mind seemed already made up. He didn't even attempt to make the call, instead refusing to fill the prescription saying “I don’t know you or this doctor.” His entire demeanor was one of pure disdain, which is the last thing you need when you're in pain.

I just wanted to leave a big thank you to Ash for his genuinely kind and professional service. The last time I came in, I was in so much pain from sensitive teeth, and Ash took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and recommend the right products. My symptoms improved so much thanks to his advice! Every time I visit, he’s always so helpful, kind, and honest with his recommendations. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares and gives such thoughtful service. I always feel confident coming back here whenever I need anything because I know I’ll be looked after properly. Very upset, needed ongoing Palexia for strong pain relief following neck surgery recently. The pharmacist Michael wouldn’t fill my legal script on legal script paper claiming he didn’t know the doctor (an established surgeon) or myself, and despite this pharmacy dispensing the same medication 2 weeks ago. He kept saying “it’s the law”. Definitely won’t be going there again to see this cranky old man! Awful!
