I visit Paw stars at Bondi beach and always receive excellent service for my Terrior. He requires a special cut and they always deliver! Their service is prompt and professional. I’d highly recommend them. I’m especially impressed with Eden who regularly grooms my dog.

I can’t rate Pawstars enough! Everyone is great! - so quick and professional. Most importantly, Charlie comes out looking fabulous and not stressed at all about his groom experience. He’s a standard poodle so not a ‘standard’ groom. Each groomer listens to your request and delivers.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Pawstar Bondi Beach. I have repeatedly advised the groomers multiple times NOT to shave my dog’s private area due to previous irritation issues. Despite this, they have now done it twice and both times my dog has ended up severely swollen, red raw, and infected immediately after leaving the groomer. This latest incident resulted in a vet visit costing me over $400 on top of the grooming fee. What is even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability, care, or empathy from the owner and team. Rather than showing concern for my dog’s wellbeing, the issue was turned back onto me and blamed on a so-called “pre-existing condition” despite the fact this has only happened directly after being groomed here. As a dog owner, you trust groomers to listen to instructions and care for your pets properly. Unfortunately, that trust has been completely broken. I would strongly urge pet owners to be cautious, especially if your dog has sensitive skin or specific grooming instructions that need to be followed.

I honestly couldn’t be happier. Gigi had her very first groom today and she looks absolutely beautiful. The BEST haircut ever. Eden is a true superstar. Thank you so much for the love, care, and incredible job you did with my precious girl 🐾✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic first grooming experience at Paw Star Bondi Beach! 🐶✂️ We took our 17-week-old Cavoodle puppy to Eden for her very first groom, and she did an amazing job! 🥰 We provided instructions on how we wanted her to be groomed, and she followed everything perfectly. Our puppy came out looking absolutely adorable! 🐾💖 The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Paw Star for anyone looking for a great groomer in Bondi! 🌟 🚗 🅿️ There are four car parking spots directly in front of the shop.
