At such a traumatic time in our lives after a tragic accident Adam and the team were incredible. So comforting compassionate and caring. Nothing was to much trouble and they gave my brother the most beautiful send off. Always available by phone and so considerate. Really listened to us and understood. Look no where else. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️

I have four funeral experiences with Peninsula and have found Chris to be a wonderful, caring and kind person. Nothing is to much trouble and he makes himself available at any time for any call or help. I was so impressed and grateful for the time and effort Chris dedicated to making my mother's service perfect. He was at all times professional, kind and took so much care of absolutely everything. Chris and his team provided the best possioble funeral at a very fair price for my mother. He warned us that his live streaming service might not be efficient because of internet speed and recemended a very proffesional third party provider if we wanted to live stream the event. I cannot speak highly enough of the sensitive and caring way our mother's final moments here was organised and delivered with grace. I will be for ever grateful. Thanks Chris and team.

You could not ask for a more genuine, caring and compassionate Funeral Director than Chris Lee and Peninsula Funerals. Chris was recommended to me and looked after my father when he passed away 7 years ago, and just recently, my mother. Both times Chris has been available 24/7 and gone out of his way to help, support and guide my family and I through our parents passing. Chris is compassionate, a genuinely lovely guy and was an absolute rock in guiding me through this very traumatic time after my husband died unexpectedly and suddenly recently. I chose Peninsula Funerals over other funeral companies that everyone has heard of because I thought a smaller, family owned business would be more compassionate and personalised. I am so glad I did. Even though Chris was going into hospital for surgery a couple of days after I contacted him, he still managed to visit me on the very morning of his operation to go through everything to the finest detail to ensure the funeral service and everything else went to plan. He truly cares and made sure the day was very special. The celebrant he works with was amazing, the flowers beautiful, the livestream was perfect - he literally thought of everything. I am so grateful I found Chris and totally recommend Peninsula for anyone in need of funeral services.

Disappointing service from Peninsula Funerals. They missed posting the funeral notice in the SMH by a week despite us having emails that they had received it with enough time to get it into the paper on time by 3 days. This meant 2 days before service and not 9 days as requested. The video of the service had atrocious audio, which was very upsetting for relatives and friends unable to attend due to covid restrictions or distance. Really bad that despite doing videos for almost 2 years since covid started that they couldn't provide the promised service in a useable way. A funeral isn't something that can be run again, so it is unforgiveable that audio is almost unable to be heard. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Not a great level of service which is a problem at a difficult time. The space was small and cramped, with only 30 people in attendance. Celebrant services weren't that great, the departed was called the wrong name, and it seemed that the celebrant was either disinterested or very nervous. No boxes of tissues ready to be used- most services have the in abundance with staff watching to give them to mourners. Nothing was actively bad, but a funeral service should be efficient, professional and essentially flawless to the family. This place is none of those things. Can't really recommend it at all
