I had to get my tooth extracted due to an infection in the root, now I have super sensitive teeth, and am incredibly sensitive to dental pain. Dr. Roxanne and her assistant Lisa did an amazing job in the initial consultation and follow up with extraction. They were incredibly thorough and made sure that extraction was absolutely necessary before they did it. Now I had a difficult extraction, my tooth did not want to budge, but still they were professional, comforting and incredibly hilarious (which when you spend two and a half hours in a dentists chair is really great). In terms of professionalism and interpersonal skills, they were brilliant and I would recommend you make them your first choice when next visiting the dentist, but what sets them above and beyond is the after dental work. Not only did I get a thorough explanation of what to look out for, remedies to help manage pain, but also when I had concerns and emailed through pictures to make sure that everything was normal and I wasn't getting dry socket, I got a great response almost immediately. Never have I had such a brilliant experience with a dental surgery,

My husband was in alot of pain from a tooth that needed to be extracted, the receptionist was so helpful making us an appt immediately. The Dentist Dr Roxanne Fry was thorough in her examination of my husband, she also made sure he didn't feel any pain during the visit. We both walked out happy with the outcome.
