Went to get results of an ultra 6/7/2026. Arrived at 4pm and told 40 minute wait. 2 hours later come to find they hadn’t actually added me onto the waiting list. They are useless and incompetent. Really how hard is it. Find yourself another place to see a doctor. Don’t use this practice.

My son sat there this afternoon for 2 hours waiting to see a doctor in order to get stitches in his hand, only to be seen by a nurse at 7pm (closing time), who said he needed to go to hospital as she was going home. This could have been advised upon arrival, not after waiting 2 hrs - very poor form.

This has been my family doctor for years!! The Owner is a great example and reflection on this practice!! Outstanding!! I recommend anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy medical centre too come here!! This centre facilitates all medical and health need and services!!! It’s a busy place but waits are not that long! The staff are really great and helpful! The doctors here are excellent!!!…..All doctors are really warm easy to talk too!! They also have a warmth too their approach of each person’s situation!! 🙏❤️

Had previously been to this centre for a few vaccinations. Went as a walk-in to see first available doctor and was called in less than 2 minutes. Absolutely great service by the receptionist and doctor. Went to the adjoining chemist and despite them being fairly busy received medication within 5 minutes. Have always had a really good experience at this practice.

I wanted to share the absolutely outstanding care Dr Yaqoob has given me. He shows such care and understanding in his interactions. No matter what I’ve come to him with he has given me the best care possible, which can be really hard to come by. The reception and pharmacy staff are also excellent. Yes sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but that is to be expected with a walk in clinic. This centre has improved significantly over the years which is amazing to see. Again the biggest thank you to Dr Yaqoob for supporting me through a really big transition.
