Allan Bourke has been brilliant working on my Jaw due to TMJ from a car accident. He is very understanding, thorough, considerate and professional. Knowledgeable -Allan informs me of my 'need to work' areas and explains clearly as well as shows with a functional model about the body part; how to achieve the goals we set, as too answering all my questions. I get given exercises each time of which he ensures I understand and demonstrate well before I leave the session, so to continue to improve my recovery

I have had a couple of appointments with Jared so far re a troublesome shoulder. Never have I been so impressed by a physio. Jared was so thorough. Jared listened and assessed and had me in significantly less pain after my first appointment. I am a work progress but feel in very good hands. I highly recommend Jared for his wholistic approach and genuine skill in treating injuries.

I have seen Declan a few times now and it has really helped me on the road to recovery after years of pain in my shoulder. He took the time to listen to my concerns, set goals with me and gave me clear and manageable exercises which are working well. They use a great program to help me remember the exercises at home too. I would certainly recommend Declan and Penrith Physio Sports Centre to anyone needing physio.

My daughter had a session with Michaela this afternoon. Michaela was thorough, patient, kind and knowledgeable. My daughter felt at ease and left feeling positive and reassured, with a plan moving forward. Grateful that we will continue to work with Michaela and have her guidance and support through my daughter's recovery.

We’ve seen a few paediatric physiotherapists over the years, and Emily Healey is truly the best of the best. Her assessments are very thorough and she is an incredible combination of deeply knowledgeable and wonderfully practical. We completely trust her clinical judgment and advice. She is full of clever, achievable tips and tricks that actually work in real life. Importantly, Emily is absolutely amazing with my kids. My 3-year-old can be quite stubborn and reluctant to try new things, but Emily has a special gift for turning everything into play. He completely trusts her. My 1-year-old can get overwhelmed easily but Emily is warm, gentle and makes therapy feel fun and pressure-free. Her handouts with visual aids are fantastic and have made such a difference for us doing the exercises at home. They’re especially helpful for the parent who isn’t able to attend the appointment, so we can both learn the new exercises and stay consistent. Even the grandparents have been using the handouts to do the exercises with our kids. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Emily and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
