For lunch we shared Malaysian beef rendang, Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. This was our first visit to this club. The beef rendang was excellent, the beef cubes were melt in your mouth and the gravy was flavoursome. The Kung pao chicken was ok but bland. For our palette we would have preferred both dishes to have some chilli heat. I understand chefs being careful not to add any chilli as they want to make the dish suitable for everyone but the Kung pao chicken needed some chilli to give it the ‘Pow’. The club was clean and the staff friendly. The menu is large and varied. We will definitely be back.

Really great menu at the Bistro and prices were quite reasonable. Service was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and personable. A great experience.

Located at 58a Penshurst Street, Penshurst, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 A great place to come to with friends and family for a nice meal at reasonable prices. The bistro has an Asian menu and an Australian menu. It’s open daily for lunch from 12.00 noon until 2.00pm and dinner from 5.30pm till 8.30pm Monday to Saturday and 5.30pm till 8.00pm on Sunday. The food is delicious. I particularly enjoy the Asian dishes. 😋 The cafe is open daily from 10.00am till late. It offers a great selection of cakes and pastries along with tea, coffee etc. I would recommend becoming a member so you can get the discount. Every Tuesday from 11.00am, there’s indoor bowls. Also, from 7.00pm, there’s Trivia Night. On Wednesday and Sundays, there’s raffles with tickets selling from 5.30pm. On Friday, there is also a Footy Club Meat Raffle with tickets selling from 6.00pm. If you don’t drive, there’s a club taxi service on Wednesday to Sunday from 6.00pm. Every last Saturday of the month, there’s Karaoke from 7.30pm until 11.30pm. There is also Champagne Breakfast every Sunday from 9.15am until 10.30am In the bar, Happy Hour is Monday to Thursday from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. So there is obviously a great num

Penshurst RSL is a great local club. I have been here twice for lunch at the Brasserie and the experience was great both times. This time I had the grilled Pacific Dory and Nasi Goreng for lunch and Banana Fritters for dessert. The food was good and the staff were pleasant. Reasonably priced and generous with drink and meal vouchers.

Absolutely love coming here. Lovely meals. Friendly staff, fast, efficient service...this club is it for me. It's clean and has nice modern decor 🌸.
