After living at Percy’s Place as permanent residents for over 15 months, we experienced a situation we had not anticipated. We are two pensioners, one of whom has health issues. We always paid our site fees on time and made every effort to comply with the park’s many rules. About a week before we were asked to vacate, concerns were raised about our dog. Our dog was always kept on a lead when outside, and we have always taken responsibility for him. We felt our explanation was not fully considered. We tried to discuss the matter respectfully but did not feel the issue was handled or even answered fairly. When I emailed the manager to apologise and offer assistance, the response I received was: “They were not right at the back of your van more at the end of your sullage hose and that area and I don’t normally put dogs at this end and 2 were freakish so that’s why I picked them up as I wasn’t sure if they were your dog I was just mentioning incase you had been letting her out I was just mentioning no need to get like that I was just mentioning”. Excellent park with clean and modern facilities. An amazing experience, particularly when one considers how close to Sydney this place is. Very quiet and with a true rural ambience, ideal to explore the Hawkesbury region and even the Blue Mountains. We stayed recently with our camper trailer and two dogs and loved it.

Absolute Gem of a park. Nothing bad about it at all. Located on the banks of the Hawkesbury River on elevated ground. Huge grassed sites, outstanding facilities. Rachael is the best host making you feel very comfortable being here.

What an absolute ripper of a park. Spacious, green grass everywhere and beautiful vistas. This park is a must go to. Sitting perf ectly by the river, beautiful kept and clean loos, showers and laundry. Quiet and an easy drive to Pitt Town proper for shopping. Great helpful Chemist, Iga, bakery, pizzas, butcher and service Station. We have fallen in love with Percys Place and very highly recommend. Dog friendly and an amazing camp kitchen with a kitchen garden with herbs and vegies ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

What a lovely caravan park! Beautiful outlook over the Hawkesbury River and grassy sites. The owners were so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful clean amenities, big book swap library, lovely camp kitchen . Laundry $4 ($2 coins) each load- 2 washers two dryers

The park offer's grass sites with a view of the Hawkesbury River. Our extended stay was necessitated by work, and the park's upkeep and cleanliness did not disappoint. The staff were attentive and professional

This is a hidden gem! Peaceful and quiet, beautiful nature as wel. Friendly staff and they're modernising the bathrooms at the moment! They've given us plenty of tips for Syney and other places. We've spoken to Rachel and her daughter, they are the kind of people you want to meet on your holiday! When you have a boat or jetski, the campground has a boatramp! Long days on the water, sunbathing on the gras or terras, it's all there. The average age is during the off season a bit higher, but all friendly helpful people. When they ever want to sell this place, I'm their buyer. My heart is in Pitt Town!
