Hema is an exceptional trainer at Performance Education. She is not just someone trying to finish her job at the end of the day; she acts as a wonderful guide and mentor for absolutely everyone in her class. In today’s professional landscape, many of us possess strong technical skills but struggle with soft skills and knowing how to deliver the right answers effectively. Hema bridges this gap perfectly. She taught us how to communicate confidently, starting from mastering our body language to initiating conversations at networking events without feeling awkward. What truly sets Hema apart is her genuine care for her students' overall well-being and success. She goes above and beyond the standard curriculum. Beyond her professional mentorship, she even took the time to support me with a personal health problem, providing advice that is still helping me immensely today. Her ultimate goal is to see every single one of us land a skill-oriented role that aligns perfectly with our degrees. I am incredibly grateful for her dedication, positivity, and guidance throughout my Professional Year journey. If you have the opportunity to be in Hema's class, you are in the best hands!

I had a great experience completing my Professional Year Program at Performance Education. Looking back, I can honestly say it has been a valuable journey that helped me grow both professionally and personally. I still remember my first day. I was really nervous because I didn't know what to expect. But my professor, Mahmud Khan, immediately made everyone feel comfortable. He told us not to be nervous, just enjoy the program, participate, and learn as much as we could. Those simple words really stayed with me and helped me feel more confident from the very beginning. Mahmud made the whole program enjoyable. I really liked his teaching techniques because every class was engaging, interactive, and practical. He always encouraged us to participate, ask questions, and share our ideas, so no one felt left out. He has a great way of teaching that keeps everyone involved, and you can really see that he enjoys helping his students learn and improve. One thing I appreciate the most is how he constantly encouraged us to keep practicing, especially our communication and presentation skills. At first, I wasn't very confident speaking in front of people, but because of his encouragement and a

I am currently a student at Performance Education and have had a wonderful experience so far. I have been fortunate to have Christine as my trainer for four units and Hema as my trainer for a makeup class. Christine has always been supportive, approachable, and welcoming, creating a positive learning environment that encourages students to succeed. Although I only had one class with Hema, she made a lasting impression through her genuine commitment to student development. Her specific and practical guidance on career progression was incredibly valuable and provided me with clear direction for my future goals. I am grateful for the support and knowledge both trainers have shared and would highly recommend Performance Education to anyone looking to further their education and career development.

Had such a great experience with Performance Education, Sydney. From day one, the environment was supportive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping students learn and grow. The course was practical, insightful, and gave me a lot of confidence moving forward in my career. A special shoutout to Mahmud Khan, truly one of the best teachers I’ve had. His teaching style is clear, engaging, and incredibly practical. He has a great way of breaking down complex topics and making them easy to understand. No matter how challenging something seemed at first, he always explained it with patience and clarity (sometimes so well it felt like he could troubleshoot our brains too 😄). Thank you Mahmud for all your guidance, encouragement, and dedication throughout the course. Your support made a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything I learned from you. Highly recommend Performance Education to anyone looking for quality training, great support, and teachers who genuinely care about their students’ success. And if you get the chance to join Mahmud Khan’s class, don’t miss it; you’ll learn a lot, have a few laughs, and leave each class feeling more confident and knowledgea
