Absolutely excellent service from the entire team. From the initial call, things were explained so well (much better that others i contacted). They could provide the service very quickly and told be how to prepare. The service crew were awesome. Very detailed and explained everything very well. They considered our dog to make sure it was not impacted by the treatment. My wife and I had lots of questions and they answered them all (and were very patient with us). They even went into the ceiling space as i had concerns about something up there. I felt the price was very good value for the quality of service. PestOz are now my go to company to pest services. I would give them 6 stars if i could. Thank you.

Unfortunately , I have had a recent horrific experience with a beg bug infestation. I found PestOz through an an online search and sought their help. Dave, Kris and Mandi were not only thoroughly professional in every way but they fully appreciated the stress I was experiencing and supported me throughout the whole process with reassurance and kindness.
