Jo and the team were very professional and precise on the care of my cat Wonton. Her oral treatment recently was detail and the follow up has been very helpful. I suggest cat owners to seek them for advise as my cat felt very safe and behaved with them. She really enjoys going to Pet medical as opposed to other vets where she is a bit scared. They were great with ensuring there a separation between Cats and dogs on the medical basis.

I take my dog to this veterinary clinic and I always have an excellent experience. From the very first visit, I felt very welcomed and confident with the team. Everyone is extremely attentive, caring, and truly shows a lot of love for animals, which makes all the difference. It’s very comforting to be able to leave my dog in their care knowing he is in good hands. The clinic conveys professionalism, trust, and a genuinely safe environment for pets. I was referred to Pet Medical Milson’s Point by my dog’s foster carer and so glad I was. From the first moment I walked in the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It is beautiful inside and doesn’t look or feel like a vet - except for the exceptional care my rescue dog, Gigi, has received. The environment is so calm and friendly, it immediately made Gigi feel relaxed. Whether it was a routine puppy check or a my-dog-has-eaten-something-she -shouldn’t emergency, Jo-Anne, Eugene and the team were superheroes: so kind, supportive, and exceptionally generous with their time, expertise and advice. This is an exceptional vet practise, I feel lucky to be a client and grateful that Gigi enjoys visiting. Must be all the chicken treats! Thanks Pet Medical, we really appreciate you. <3

I recently took my cat Barbie to see Jo and had a great experience. She asked detailed questions to fully understand what happened and showed genuine empathy throughout. A big plus is that she understands Mandarin, which made communication much easier and more comfortable. The nurses are very sweet and friendly too! Highly recommend her and the team if you’re looking for a caring and attentive vet.

First time seeing Dr Nick at Pet Medical Milsons Point and couldn’t recommend him more highly. We brought our 1.5-year-old Brussels Griffon puppy in for an annual check-up and routine vaccinations, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and gentle; quick with the needles and great at keeping our pup calm with plenty of positive reinforcement and treats. He also communicated everything clearly, covering a lot of information in a concise and easy-to-understand way. Highly recommend Dr Nick for anyone looking for a trusted, professional, and caring vet.
