Our Annandale store opened in 2013 to make shopping for your furry friends convenient, informative and fun, and we love it when you bring them along with you.

As I said PetO is always welcoming the minute you enter my Annandale store. Also really reliable when doing a home delivery.AsI am 80 & sometimes can't carry a 30ltr of Kitty Litter I really appreciate the staffs help in ordering for me. Many Thanks Carol Clark.

Go to a more experienced vet. Cat diagnosed with sunburnt nose when it was end stage nasal lymphoma cancer. Took to Sydney Uni Animal hospital. Sadly in the end had to put to rest. They will also give pensioners a 10% discount.

Pet O staff should not be encouraging people who buy breeds from “registered breeders”. I was in there over the weekend and overheard a conversation about a woman and her chihuahua and the staff all had a good chat with her about how much they love chihuahuas and where did she get it from etc. they thought it was SO CUTE. Thousands of dogs get killed every year because of this exact thing. Breeding dogs is UNETHICAL. Pet O staff you have a responsibility to educate or at the very least not encourage this. I’m really disappointed. You are working in an industry that makes money of this. DO BETTER.

PetO at Annandale have the BEST people - always friendly, helpful and give my doggo Maxwell great pats and treats. Excellent every time and a pleasure to shop here and get everything Maxi needs.
