My Mum used the Vet here at Brookvale Pet O. They were friendly, compassionate and informative. Mum had a discount voucher from the National desexing asociation & Vet O, honours this. Our kitten was from a litter of a stray cat, found in her street. As she is a pensioner, she was able to apply for a discount desexing voucher from the NDA, so she had her kitten desexed, vaccinated & microchipped here at a more affordable price. Luciana was really caring and lovely with our cat. The vet there did a great job too as Mum's cat was back to his usual self within a couole of hours. We highly recommend the vet here aswell as the Pet O staff.

Great team that cares deeply. Abby is an incredible staff member. She was on her way to work and saw that I was looking for my dog who had bolted. She took time out by driving around looking for her with me. Thank you Abby - won't forget your support and effort.

Great pet shop & vet service alongside. Easy to park, knowledgeable staff , plenty of stock which is all very well laid out AND good prices with the membership discounts too.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They reminded me of a free special of a free dog wash on Monday. They also offered my Cavoodle treats. Nice clean and open store. Highly recommend.

Don’t look anywhere further, just go straight to Peto Brookvale if you have an animal of any kind. They have the biggest and the most exuberant high quality range of not only products bones toys but food and 100% natural raw frozen organic food. They also have highest level affordable Puppy Training and the biggest selection of dog leads and harnesses you could imagine and quality dog beds. But the most important thing is the first class service I received from the staff they know their products well each individual has their own special expertise in different areas.
