On a whim I popped in for a question about aquarium filters, and left hour an hour later with so much information on how to keep my fish alive. I was served by Steph who floored me with the amount of knowledge she had, way more than anyone would expect from any retail store. Top service, top experience, I couldn't recommend shopping here more.

Popped in as we walked past to but a couple of birthday treats for our doggo.The staff member ,and I'm sorry I did ask her name but I've completely forgotten it, recognised a birthday treat and gave us a few samples to help celebrate. The staff member was so excited and happy to celebrate a birthday with a pet she had never met.We don't normally shop here for our dogs, but we will be from now on !

Love this store! Staff are always so knowledgeable and always willing to help. They are happy to spend time with you and explain products and answer any queries you may have. They have a great range of products and the store is always so tidy. They may not have the most competitive pricing but the staff make it worthwhile shopping here regardless. Thank you to Isabella for always taking good care of me when I visit the store. See you again soon.

We love coming here as the store is always clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We always get special treats when having a bath which makes it extra nice. We used to visit the other competitor store but now only come here due to the staff. Thank you for looking after us.

Amazing customer service! A big shoutout to the employee with curly blonde hair (forgot to ask her name) who helped us today. She was incredibly kind and patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. As first-time fur baby parents, we were unsure about deworming and had so many things to ask, but she explained everything clearly and walked us through each step. She gave us a free puppy bag, and after knowing that our puppy is still very little, she thoughtfully swapped out some of the freebies to better suit our puppy’s needs. We truly can’t thank her enough. We would absolutely recommend this store to others and will definitely be coming back regularly.
