Shocking insurance company, one of our dogs had to go in for a day of surgery including lump removals and teeth removals. Insurance insist they are "existing conditions" and didn't cover anything! Now we are $3000 out of pocket, what a joke of a company, stay well away. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Very disappointed with this insurer.. including the staff and the decision. Stay away from these guys. I started my policy for my dog after she had a acute ear infection.. but the insurance team listed it as a chronic condition. Then when I made a complaint, the team did not get back to me when they promised.. instead calling me three days later. Truly go with another insurance company who value their customers and know the difference between acute versus chronic.

Don't waste your money. I have been insured for over 8. In the end I only had it for snakebite as the times I tried to claim it was dismissed. They can help but by God check up 110% before you commit. It's an insurance company ...its All about money. My friend puts money aside each fortnight into a separate account, she reckons she's better off. Good luck.

Extortionist never told me that cancer was not covered was advised it was. When my puppy died of presumed not tested for, cancer was told I could not claim. No communication had to constantly follow up. Absolutely disgusting especially after the money spent in today’s times not to mention the grief. Disgraceful company and service! My family and I have been living on homemade bread a butter now for 5 weeks thanks to you.

After cancelling my insurance with Pet insurance (which seemed like a waste of money as there was so little that was claimable), they demanded I agree to Terms and Conditions to cancel. No thank you. After confirming cancellation, they still tried to deduct over $500 from my account. Fortunately, the details in their system were no longer valid. They are now refusing to close my account, unless I read through their legal "mumbo jumbo", which I am under no obligation to do so. Buyer beware! Edit: My response to 'response from owner'. No thank you. The whole point is that I have wasted enough time trying to do something simple --> Not Renew my account. This was through PetInsurance.com.au, the account is under my name.
