I would give these guys one million stars for swiftness and efficiency..... The day after they received my application Mei called to say they had an appointment with DFAT that morning for me and my CNI + apostille stamp was completed within 9days of sending to them and I had the whole thing express posted back to me the following day. Honestly I couldn't rate Ern and Mei Phang more highly. They called each time they sent an email to make sure that I received it and to make sure everything was completed swiftly! They saved me 2 individual trips to Sydney and their fees were incredibly reasonable. Thankyou so much guys!

Overall, quite happy with the cost of the service, timeliness, and the promises kept. Charges are at the lower-end of the range. The work was professionally done. My only suggestion for improvement is a friendlier demeanour towards clients (especially, at the reception) - it does not hurt to put your client at ease and sport a smile - they are already nervous about their understanding of what's required - they need reassurance, rather than a stony-faced, very workman-like disposition.

Had to get some documents signed by a notary public and had a really great experience. From the first phone call, Phang was super calm, patient, and happy to answer all my questions. Made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. In person, he was just as professional and approachable. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated. At a time when the cost of living is rising, I especially appreciated that his services were more affordable compared to other legal firms, making them more accessible to those in need. Would definitely recommend!
