My Rheem electric hot water tank died after almost 14 years. Called PHW and spoke with Tiffany who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She provided advice, options and competitive quotes. Replacement unit stalled next day!

Parramatta Hot Water Service installed a new gas hot water unit at our home on Friday. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. From logging the call and request for help around 9.45 am to the complete installation and test took around 3 hours - WOW!!!!. Thank you for your care and wonderful customer service.

Very happy with Ben’s service today. He quickly fixed my Dux outdoor gas storage water heater. The flue damper had stuck, causing unstable spreading burner flames, repeated shutdowns. He clearly explained exactly why it failed and how he fixed it safely. He also gave me helpful, balanced advice on gas vs electric hot water options for the future. Professional, honest, and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

To all future past and present clients of PHW company. As it happens at the worst time you go to have a hot shower and alas no hot water. The immediate reaction to call the company you know that have provided a service to you before. I rang Monday morning explained the problem ( water was coming out of the unit). The earliest time was Wednesday but I received a call and was informed it will happen today. The old unit ( 19 years old ) was removed the same model was replaced and alas hot water by 6.pm that same day. I can definitely recommend their professional and courteous service to all that are in need of the company's services. I all happened with the least inconvenience to a long term customer customer. My name is Ms Sandy Liu, my hot water system became faulty due to old age. I search 4/5 different company request quote. I choose Parramatta Hot Water Services because receptionist Tiffany is very friendly, patient and helpful! I am deeply impressed with her excellent customer service skills. Technician Tim and John are also nice and helpful when they came and install the 80 Liter new Hot Water system for me! Highly recommended for anyone who want to a new hot water system. The best!!
