⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. Thomas, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand both our current and future energy needs before recommending a system that perfectly suits our lifestyle. There was no hard sell or unrealistic promises—his projections were conservative, transparent, and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes we received, offering excellent value without compromising on quality. The installation team was fantastic—polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, and left everything neat and tidy. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job properly. They returned the following day to complete the handover and proactively replaced one of the panels after discovering a small crack, even though it wasn't something we had noticed ourselves. Our solar battery installation was scheduled and completed on time. The installation team did an excellent job, and the workmanship was of a very high standard. After installation, we experienced a small issue with the system. I want to acknowledge the support team, who took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and worked closely with Enphase, the battery manufacturer, to identify and resolve it. Their persistence, technical expertise, and willingness to see the issue through to a successful conclusion gave me confidence that they genuinely stand behind their work. It’s easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how they respond when something unexpected happens. In our case, they demonstrated professionalism, commitment, and excellent customer service from start to finish. Based on our experience, I would happily recommend them to anyone considering a solar battery installation.

Fox Pro 20 KW H3 Storage Inverter (10 years warranty) Fox ESS CQ6 L8 48KW battery storage (12 years warranty) 14 Panel Jinko Solar Panels JKM475N (25 year warranty) I give 5 stars as Platinum Solar group deliver in spades on after install customer service and deliver when needed. They may have delivered 1 week later than the original installation date but they delivered before the 1 May cut off which is what counts. I had breaker issues which are part and parcel of installing a new grid + battery + solar system. What stood out is the admin team (Ash and Ali) and especially Nathan (legendary electrician) stuck it out to resolve these issues. I now have oven's that don't keep triggering the original breakers anymore. Thanks Platinum Solar Group looking forward to engaging you next year for a Heat Pump water boiler.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend – Professional, Neat & Great Communication I had an excellent experience with Platinum Solar Group from start to finish. Tom completed the initial site visit and really took the time to listen to my requirements, offering advice that suited both my current needs and future energy usage plans. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding — from the site visit, to the quote, to installation and follow-up. Everything was clear, timely, and professional. Nathan and the installation team installed my Sigenergy battery extremely neatly and left the area spotless afterwards. Nathan also went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through the Sigenergy app, making sure I understood how everything worked. It’s reassuring to know I can contact him anytime if I have questions about settings or concerns. Highly recommend Platinum Solar Group — reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused.

Very happy with Platinum Solar Group. From the initial site inspection through to installation, the experience was excellent. They clearly explained the available options and took the time to answer all my questions and work with me to choose the right system for our needs, without any of the hype or sales pressure I encountered with other companies. Their professionalism and strong reputation gave me real confidence, and that trust was well placed.
