Joined Plus Fitness North Parramatta recently and loved it from the very first time I walked in! I had no idea there was such a great gym right above Coles, even though I shop at the store regularly. It's an absolute little gem! The brand-new gym has everything my last big, two-floor gym didn't. The layout is great. This compact gym fits plenty of equipment and machines without feeling crowded. The equipment is top-notch, well maintained and perfect for everyone, from beginners to pros. The facility is always spotless and stocked with plenty of clean wipers. You won't find weights left scattered around the floor. It's the cleanest gym I’ve been to. The place is adequately cooled. There are wall fans in each workout zone, and they are easy to reach when you need to cool down. I love how quiet the gym is compared to other places. There is no loud music or loud talking, and most people are there to work out rather than socialise. It can be busy but never packed. Having secure 1.5 hours of free parking at the Entrada/Coles carpark (Entry via 26 Ross Street ) is a massive game-changer! I couldn't agree more with others—the gym manager, Pelin, is the one who makes this place so special.

Cons: Major complaint is parking: all visitors to the shopping centre get 1.5 hours free. Plus members don’t get any extra time. IIf you don’t make that, cough up $9. And if you take longer than 2 hours between arriving in the car park and leaving, that’ll cost you $16 which is absurd for a standard- length workout. Pros: Having used over 10 Plus Fitness gyms throughout NSW and QLD, I can say that North Parramatta is one of the nicest in terms of organisation, aesthetic quality, and spaciousness. It’s very iwell-equipped in terms of machines and racks, though lacking in free-weights, resistance bands etc.

⭐️Great location ⭐️Great members ⭐️Excellent equipment ⭐️Sensational staff ⭐️Random Freebies (eg Protein smoothies, fresh fruit fridays etc etc) I rarely give reviews but I felt like I needed to for this gym. Been going here for almost a year now and it is honestly the perfect gym for any person of any fitness type. The equipments are all brand new, and there is so many of it. Even during peak hour you will always be able to get an excellent workout in. The gym goers here are pretty lucky as everyone that goes here are very courteous and thoughtful of others, which is so hard to find nowadays. The Club Manager - Pelin is such a professional and an excellent face for Plus Fitness as she exudes so much positive energy and is so genuinely invested in providing a high level of customer service 💯💯 I’ve attached so many photos in case anyone wants to see.

Great looking gym with an awesome atmosphere. Plenty of parking downstairs and really friendly staff. All the equipment is brand new and has everything I need. Awesome!
