Genuinely nothing to complain about. Plus fitness is the first gym I feel like is not trying to trap you into a 12-18 month contract. Incredibly easy to sign up, and suspend your membership for any reason. Chatswood gym is so clean, nice environment and taken care of, never too busy when going at the right times. Close to interchange

Just like to say this location is giving members free items for 5 star reviews….. New review since nothing has changed - this gym isn't secure members are bringing in 2-3 extra people with them unlike other plus fitness locations chatswood has no door alarm advising that more one person is entering on a membership. I doubt they even fine members $250 like its stated in the contract. Also had to deal with a random man yelling banging on the door over the weekend trying to make let him in… Also the gym is full of unsupervised school kids yelling and chucking stuff around like they are in the dam playground late at night like go home please. Staff at chatswood need better security especially for us females training late in the evening. Do better.

I recently visited the Chatswood gym because of the great equipment and facilities it offers. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom areas. On more than one occasion, I noticed that the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, with filthy floors, dirty towels and facilities that appeared to be poorly maintained ( obviously by the gym members). As a result, I was unable to use the bathroom during my visit. Unfortunately, this has happened twice now. I believe maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is very important for the health, comfort, and safety of all members, including women who use the gym. I hope the cleaning standards will improve.
