Can someone PLEASE take some responsibility!! Five years of trying to get my address taken off correspondence sent to my home with no action YET! Useless. And completely irresponsible! How long does it take to change a record? Lift your game Police Bank. Not even a member and I’m not happy 😡

been a police bank member for over 40 years, I tried logging into the internet banking, with my security details, didn't recognize any of my cached details, tried different browsers, no luck, wouldn't allow me to change my password at all, totally locked out of the system. In this day and age of scams its a concern. No outages today reported, the service has gone down badly, like everything in this country. And no online chats or support till Monday morning. Just hoping I still have my funds and they haven't been cleared out. Dreadful systems of security
