Update: I appreciate the response, however it misses the point of my review. My issue was never that the bracelet couldn't be repaired two years later. It was that I was immediately told it "definitely wasn't" sold without its clasp and met with a cold cruelness - and that I must have removed it myself. Whether or not the bracelet is discontinued doesn't change how dismissive that interaction felt. Good luck to anyone who finds a fault with a purchase, you will be met with disdain. I bought a tennis bracelet, and when I got home and tried to put it on it was clearly missing its clasp. I returned it to the store where I was told I must have taken it off (why would I take it off?) and that it definitely wasn't sold without it's clasp (it definitely was) and then told there was nothing they could do about it.

One of my favourite jewellery brands. I wear white gold jewellery exclusively and Porter always has the best pieces. Everything I’ve bought has become a staple in my collection and the quality has been amazing. The team are also so friendly and helpful whenever I’ve shopped in-store. Highly recommend!

I’ve been in love with Porter since it literally opened! I basically own the whole store at this point and love all my pieces. I’ve recently started to slowly move into my silver pieces and their white gold jewellery is to die for. Absolutely love the new heritage crown pinky ring in white gold as well as the 2CT oval studs! ❤️

I’ve been wearing Porter jewellery for years and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. My Fine Baby Link Bracelet and Baby Celestial Bracelet are my absolute favourites and I wear them every day. I’ve also built up quite a collection over time and all of my pieces have held up beautifully. Through work, holidays, and everyday life - plus they still look amazing. The customer service is also always incredible. Every time I’ve shopped in-store the team has been so lovely, and if I’ve ever had a question or needed help with anything they’ve always been quick to assist.
