DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing with Pottery Barn, as I had exactly the same experience as many other people. There is serious issues with this company. The customer service is absolutely appalling. The staff lie and mis-sell products and then do not answer or return calls to deal with issues. Also major security issues and breaches of regulations attempting to take customers card details and write them down which means they are not secure / encrypted. I was advised to purchase in store rather than online as they would be able to assist in the event of any issues. I was told by Kerry that there was 10% off chairs that weekend so decided to buy, when the order was being processed I was then told it didnโ€™t apply to that specific chair, despite the telling them which chair and fabric we wanted in the first instance. We were given the option of standard delivery or deluxe service which includes โ€œwhite gloveโ€ installation as Terry advised. We opted for the deluxe service and paid extra. When the delivery arrived there was no installation included. I contacted the store immediately to resolve the issue however had to speak to 3 different members of st

Absolutely ridiculous. I bought a $270 lamp in Sept 2025 & by Christmas the white lamp shade is showing signs of the discoloured glue seeping through. I called customer service & they explained they have a 30 day return policy. No warranty. They essentially expect a near $300 lamp to last 30 days.

Disappointing outcome after years as a loyal Pottery Barn Kids customer. I purchased two childrenโ€™s lamps ($600 total) where the electrical switches cracked, rendering the lamps unsafe to use. These are 240V products, and the cracking presented a potential electrical safety risk. The damage was assessed by a licensed electrician, who raised concerns about the quality of the plastic used in the switch and its suitability for a childrenโ€™s electrical product. I raised this with Pottery Barn Kids, provided photos, and attempted to resolve it amicably, including accepting a partial refund. The partial refund was later withdrawn, and the matter was ultimately denied, with the damage attributed to โ€œwear and tear / being stepped on,โ€ despite no evidence supporting that conclusion. I escalated the matter through PB Customer Care, leadership, and NSW Fair Trading, but no remedy was offered. I am disappointed not only with the outcome, but with how a legitimate safety concern was handled for a long-term customer. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Pottery Barn Kids again.

I had a very pleasant store experience just before Christmas when I went here with my daughter and husband. I was looking for a personalised gift for my baby girl and picked up a lovely stocking with the nutcracker on it. The lovely ladies upstairs were so accommodating and Jade offered to complete the personalisation on the same day. She was honestly so lovely and made my babyโ€™s first Christmas experience one to treasure. I will now keep this stocking forever and continue to come back here so thank you Jade!

Order a 5K nursery set all arrived damaged! Ordered the replacement set which has also arrived all with damage! Just about every edge of the furniture is ruined! I would not recommend purchasing the Harlow Nursery set.
