I recently had my Mercedes serviced at Powerhouse, where they replaced the brake pads, brake discs, and did a full service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the work needed. The car runs smoother, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in the braking. The service was completed on time, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and efficiency. Highly recommend Powerhouse for top-notch car maintenance!

I've owned many cars in the past and I've visited many mechanics in the past as well. Finally with Powerhouse Auto Services I feel like I've found a group of people I can trust. I've had two recently purchased cars blue slipped by Mark at Powerhouse who did so swiftly and with minimal wait time. My cars fortunately were all in roadworthy condition, though Mark was very thorough and pointed out things that may need addressing in the near future. For when that time comes I'll definitely be visiting again. Thanks for looking after me guys.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT I HOPE NOONE ELSE WILL GO THROUGH WITH THESE UNETHICAL AND SCAMMERS PEOPLE I just had a terrible experience with these people and their unethical and roughy attitude to me, I dropped my work van on Tuesday for a service and rego check and when I went to pick it up on Wednesday they were waiting with a massive bill with a many add on services that they even need to do and they didn’t do. The man Mark told me it was necessary for rego a “Engine wash” and to replace the “windscreen wipes front and rear” (which I had replaced myself just 2 months ago) so when I went to check these items before to pay the $875.73 invoice because I was shocked with the bill, I realised that they hadn’t done any of these 2 things (please see pictures attached where you’ll see the engine was covered in oil that they must have put when doing something with the oil in a very rough way because my engine wasn’t like that before), so when I talk to the man he keep lying on my face telling me that they did the work, he even when to find the supposed old wipers blades to show me from a bin they have inside and I denied that because I told him the anchor system of the ones he wa
