Absolutely outstanding service from POWR Electronics & Alarms! The two technicians were exceptional. They diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced my LG TV screen perfectly, and completed the job with great care and attention to detail. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. They found a $100 bill behind the TV while carrying out the repair and immediately handed it back to me. That says a lot about their character. They were professional, personable, highly skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. It's refreshing to find technicians who genuinely care about both their work and their customers. I highly recommend POWR Electronics & Alarms. Thank you for such fantastic service

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from LG because I trusted the brand and expected reliable quality and after-sales support, especially with a product that was still under warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I only used the vacuum a couple of times before it started having problems. At this point, it’s basically become useless rubbish sitting in my house. When I sent it to the service center under warranty, I was shocked to be told I had to pay $85 for a small filter replacement. If a product is still under warranty and already failing after very little use, customers should not be expected to pay extra repair costs. That completely defeats the purpose of having a warranty in the first place. I expected much better quality and customer service from LG. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their products or service support.

I had an issue with my LG TV. The TV was still covered under warranty. LG engaged Powr Electronics to fix the issue. My experience from start to finish with Powr Electronics was excellent. Job was booked in, I requested a call 30mins prior to the technician arriving. The technician (Joseph) was punctual, very respectful and well presented. Within 1 minute he diagnosed the issue and the repair was done within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

My LG oled 65C3PSA developed a screen issue where it would not turn on. Had sound but no screen. LG arranged for Powr Electronics to attend for a service call. After contacting Powr my appointment was confirmed within 2 business days. The Technician, Samuel, contacted me prior to attending to confirm the address and issue. He arrived on time and with all the equipment to resolve my issue. He replaced the screen in my home and was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, presented well and explained the problem and process as he was repairing it. I don't know what your paying him but make it more as he is a credit to your business. If all your technicians operate the same, LGs service issues are in great hands. Brilliant company Powr and keep up the great service.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Samuel from LG. He attended to the issue with my TV promptly and completed the repair in a very efficient manner. Throughout the service visit, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and courtesy. The issue was resolved quickly, and the entire process was smooth and well-handled. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend LG’s service support based on this experience.
